The following conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Switzerland...

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €4.90 per order.

From an order value of 45.00 € we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries abroad (EU):

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows:

Shipping costs €7.90 for European countries.

From an order value of 120.00 € we deliver abroad free of charge.

Deliveries abroad (worldwide):

Shipping costs €19.90 worldwide outside of the zones mentioned. From an order value of 150€ we deliver worldwide free of charge.

delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) takes place within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad (EU) within 4 - 9 days, for worldwide delivery 9 - 14 days after conclusion of the contract (for agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
